Big night tonight!

Calgary @ Florida: obviously need a Calgary win here to keep Calgary out of the #10 overall spot & to keep Rangers from getting points. If Rags get one point tonight & Montreal 2, Habs move into WC2. It's must win for both teams.

NYI @ Pens: Both teams are 5-4-1 in last 10, but Pens have won 4 consecutive games. Apparently, Jarry plays great when he has no pressure. Both teams have above .500 home records and are below on the road. It's Pittsburgh's home game. A Pens win would help take down NYI.

Wings @ Caps: Wings are playing much better lately after losing like 6-7 consecutive games. Still only 3-7-0 in last 10. Caps are a tough match. It's Jets & Caps at top of standings and that's it. No other teams are even close to those 2. In fact, Washington's playoff clinching scenario is 5 points. If NYR & Detroit lose tonight & Caps win, Washington would only need a point to clinch. Go Caps....

Of course the most important game: Ottawa @ Montreal: Go Habs Go!

Dobson was supposed to be out longer initially but came back and has saved their season. There's still realistically 7ish teams that could end up in the wildcard spots.
Dobson was ass all season and they were playing well without him. At some point during this stretch, we will lose a couple, but hopefully it's after Thursday because otherwise, if we lose in regulation, we are only 1 point ahead and they have the tie breaker.

I don't know if Habs will make the playoffs, but damm, I'm so happy to see that type of progression by this team.

Imagine doing that without Demidov, Hage, Reinbacher and Fowler. (And more like Kapanen, Beck, Xhekaj, etc...)

Maybe playoffs this year, but I'm certainly sure that with Demidov and acquiring a great top 6 C, this team will be make playoffs next year easily.

If we don't have loses a lot before the break, we would be ahead of Ottawa right now haha!
