Playoff Tkachuk

I tried writing him a letter, but it kept veering off into tangents about how old it makes me feel that I played as his dad in NHL 98.

I used to play as him in NES ice hockey.

Tkachuk was playing through a hip injury that he sustained during the Sweden game at the 4 nations tournament.

"Tkachuk also discussed a different injury he incurred later in the season that kept him out from late March until just before the playoffs. The 25-year-old missed eight games with an upper-body injury before returning on April 17."

“I don't want to diagnose and put it out there, lets just say it’s something you can’t really play through," he said Saturday.

So, to conclude, Tkachuk was playing through a hip injury which he feels will heal with a couple of weeks of rest and he was also playing through an undisclosed upper body injury. There was no mention of the upper body injury needing surgery.

Bruh he's 25, quit saying 25 is almost 30 because that makes my 31 year old self feel super old lol
In the immortal words of Einstein, it's all relative! :)

You two going back and forth about being a dinosaur at ~30 is hilarious, to me. Just for for some perspective, if you are ~30, I had my 4th kid before you were born! And yet, I still feel young at my apparent ancient chronological age. Perhaps that could be attributed more to my wife constantly reminding me that I am a man-child! ;)

All the best! Cheers.

This reminds me a lot of 2017, with Karlsson suffering what should have been a season ending injury so close to the start of the playoffs.

I understand it is not completely apples to apples, since Brady's original injury was sustained a the 4NF, then he suffered a different (apparently not as serious) injury.

He is going to go 150 percent, injured or not, and it will be glorious. Just enjoy the show.

And when Stone got slashed by PK a in the playoffs Forsy game, first period I think.

Stone was on fire and unstoppable up until that slash
