How do you make these avatars with someone holding up the playoffs sign used by EF?

Post a picture or the name of the character you want and either me or someone else will make one for you.

If you want to make your own, myself and another @YouGotAStuGoing both posted cutouts of the signs in PNG form. If you have any image editing software or apps, you can post the PNG on top of your photo. If that is not your thing, post a picture+the name of the character you want.

(I must add, no relation between me and YouGotAStuGoing despite us both having great taste in usernames.)
