Crazy busy in my life right now. RP is also helping if he has time. If anyone else has photoshop and wants to help out, let me know. I have a file sort of set up for this and I can walk you through how to save the gif as high quality as possible while keeping it under 20kb.

I'm not sure about GIMP. I use it sometimes, but I haven't tried making gifs on it yet. Maybe I'll try it tonight and see if I can get similar settings as I get in Photoshop. I can definitely pass along the layers, but that's not the hard part. It's just finding that hour to sit down and pump them out. I'll try and get caught up tonight. I know several of you are champing at the bit to get one before Thursday.

IV'e been using Serif DrawPlus for the superstition-o-meter, it was basically a PhotoShop diet. I'll see if there's similar stuff in there, I may be able to help after all, but won't be able to tell until late tonight
