In my experience, old dudes HATE Bouchard. Like nearly ever man I've watched a game with that's 60+ just can't stand the guy lol.

They see an old 60+ year old man playing NHL hockey, and they wonder why they can't be doing the same with their lives.


Also I feel like we seldom win against Buffalo in Buffalo.

It's not that bad. They do usually at least get a point, despite not playing great in Buffalo. Lots of low scroing games close games for whatever reason.

Perry is a 50 goal scorer.
J.Skinner is hardly an upgrade over Kapanen yet many on these boards are willing to fire Knoblauch (arguably one the best coaches in NHL last season ) over a 4th liner decision.

I don't mind the guy playing but he isn't a Hyman or ... well just Hyman. I wouldn't care what forward sits as long as it's not McDrai and maybe Hyman. Max frigging Jones and Perry are the only ones I would raise an eyebrow if scratched.

Skinner is a massive upgrade over Kap. His stats on the Oil are pretty damn good for what he's been given

If Skinner was given the same opportunity as Podz or Arvy he'd likely be sitting at 40+ points right now

Nice thing about having a couple extra defenceman is we can keep ekholm out and let him rest without our back end being a complete disaster.

I say let him rest as long as he needs. His play was not where it needed to be anyways.

a bit off topic but it still blows my mind how productive Draisaitl is given the ES wingers he typically has.

Draisaitl has put together an MVP quality season while imo doing the heavy lifting all year, with very little support on the wings considering the level of player he is.
