We are absolutely dire.
The team has had no semblance of a system and progression since Bilic's first 2 years (and that was basically ruined by the Daves moping about in the summer of 2016 which was THE chance to get a couple of quality players and keep Payet), and the recruitment, the system, the coaching, the environment... It's just awful.
I've never been to the new stadium (been once to Boleyn Ground in 2009) but it just doesn't feel like home ground, never has.
Mind you, as long guys like Snodgrass are starters, we'll always be in the bottom third of the table.
Try as they might, heart on sleeve etc., some of these boys aren't top players and no manager can change that.
That said, Pellegrini's time has run out. Nothing personal, we're just horrible.
