I mean, nobody should have expected him to suddenly be a 130 point player.Wasn't Willy on pace for 130 points at Christmas? Might not even hit 100.
They were effectively bankrupt until Mario stepped in financially to save them. I think the combination of poor play and mismanagement led them down that path. It didn't help that their fan support was garbage either.Don't think Pittsburgh has ever cared about hockey when they didn't have a Mario Lemieux, Jaromir Jagr or Crosby, Malkin, etc. all together at the same time.
Hard to get better than this name.It’s so weird this franchise used to be so feast and then famine.
