Stoll/Greene can't play at a high level anymore. Sutter has to do something with them, manage their minutes, not expose them.

Agree with that. Sutter just can't keep expecting the impossible from those 2 anymore.

That doesn't mean he will ever when another Cup. But he is the most complete Elite player in the league.

Agree. I forget who called him the best grinder in the world but it's such a good description. His puck protection and ability to roll with checks is unmatched. He's basically prime Peter forsberg minus the mean streak.

They are both 10-12 minute players at this point in their careers. Asking for anymore than that, is asking to get burned.

They are both 10-12 minute players at this point in their careers. Asking for anymore than that, is asking to get burned.

Those 2 guys had their days of being outstanding players. They're playing in the twilight of their careers and to expect them to play like days from the past, just isn't being realistic. Give them the few mins. where they produce but, leave it at that.
But then if he continues to do as he has, that gives the fans more time to ***** about them.
