Stands to reason. Especially if they lose tomorrow like 4-1They have to fire the coach when they return from a road trip like this, right?
So you don't think we will get an injection of youth WHEN we start trading players? The defense for doing these things is that it makes us worse, which should be the goal right now. We are not competing for anything except a high draft pick, so whatever makes us more likely to get it is the right move. Honestly, keeping Sullivan is probably the best thing for tanking right now. He has no answers, is too stubborn to consider anything other than his system that does not work with these players, isn't going to play young guys who might inject some energy and enthusiasm into the lineup, and the players have quit on him. We need to bottom out. The bonus is that it makes trading anyone we can trade the right move. There is no holding onto guys because the team is pretending to compete for the playoffs.
No because Dubas will probably bring back older players to play now and send the younger guy to WBS or just get picks for them. Either way next season Dubas will bring in more old players and use the BS line about bring up youth again which as we can see he didnt do this season. #FireDubasSo you don't think we will get an injection of youth WHEN we start trading players?
Improvement is inevitable. This current collection of players cannot be topped in terms of suckitude.
So I would not be going out to buy Michael Misa jerseys just yet.
They will almost have to get a little younger but Sullivan won't actually play any really young players. So you don't think we will get an injection of youth WHEN we start trading players?

As far as "rock bottom" goes I agree that this is just a waste of time right now with washed up players, bad contracts and no definitive direction, but I'm also factoring in things like failed/slow rebuilds, fan interest and plummeting ticket sales the may happen. They need to knock it out of the park with their next 2-3 drafts to turn this thing around. Or in 3-5 years it's really gonna bottom out with a chance to be at the bottom in both attendance and overall standings, which might be what they really need.
Yeah, lol the best, most high profile UFA we ever signed was Gonchar.
In our defense, we thought we were getting the Swedish murder machine, Brock Sampson. So, not Brock McGinn then?

But then he quit on us with a bad shoulder to go on and play a billion more years in EuropePalffy?
Still waiting on the "Sullivan relieved of his duties" thread.
Soon...It’s scheduled for right after the “Boston vaporized by metor strike, millions rejoice” thread.
