Hard to imagine Ned's dad being more proud after that finish.

I feel like the scheduling took a dramatic nosedive after the most recent division realignment 10 years ago or whatever.Next 5 games is Philly, Washington, New York, Philly and Philly. WTF?
We play the caps and rangers in back to back afternoon games... just...why?Next 5 games is Philly, Washington, New York, Philly and Philly. WTF?
You and me both. I googled his dad after your post.f***, sorry forgot about that

Bylsma was the same. Torts is the same. The plug whisperer is a coach archetype. They can coach a great team to be awesome for like a year and then they can only coach them when all the stars are hurt.Sully seems to do better with these awful rosters.
Even the MSG broadcast team was commenting on how clean our breakouts were. Honestly dominated play through 40 minutes and converted on one of our PP chances, and the Rags didn't. Then we parked the bus in the 3rd and Ned held down the lead.Well, I hope the Rags zamboni drivers find new jobs quickly.
Seriously, what happened in this game? I only watched the highlights and now I see that the high danger chances were 8-0 for the Pens in the second (how?!?) and then 5-0 for the Rags with no shots for us at all in the third. What gives? Sullivan going all Sullivan in third, while Laviolette doing his late stage Laviolette thing in the second?
Yoooo they didn’t even record a SOG in the 3rd.
Don’t pay that much attention to SOG but I don’t think I’ve ever seen that.
Buffalo scored a goal in the 3rd period this season without recording a SOG en route to a W.How rare is it to not record 1 SOG in a period?
And still win.
