Yeah, not really interested in moving Rust for a 3rd rounder and a comparably aged defenseman with his own issues.There's literally a pick in the proposal for this years draft. You then work to get another in the final year of his [Rielly's] deal.
Fantasy land assuming Rust lands a top 4 LD prospect. Those players are not readily available.
Of course you could try and get 2 B tier prospects for a guy like Rust who amount to nothing....
The likelihood of Rust retaining his value playing with Crosby is much higher than a defenseman retaining/growing his value on a rebuilding Pens team.
