Edit: with the full trade out, I get it at least somewhat for the Penguins (Novak>Bunting IMO) but it makes no sense for Nashville to me. Absolutely perplexed why they're doing this.

I honestly do not understand this trade for either side. Has to be more to it.

I can kinda see the appeal of Novak for the Penguins, but why is Nashville trading for Bunting? Why does Pittsburgh want Schenn?

I think Schenn is definitely a possibility to come to Toronto with Pittsburgh retaining. Believe, they'd be interested in Grebenkin as Dubas drafted him and had good things to say about him while he was GM here.

Novak might be worth keeping for Pittsburgh. Schenn is 95% getting flipped. This is setting something else up.
