Yes he does. Stop overrating draft picks.

In a world where Nick Deslauriers gets a 3rd rounder, Zucker absolutely brings back a 2nd if that much is getting retained. Every comparable player on that level is bringing back something in that neighborhood.

I also find it funny that fans of the team who traded a 2nd and 3rd for Arvidsson after he had 53 points in 107 games in the previous 2 seasons are now arguing that Zucker has no value after he had 35 points in 79 games in the previous 2 seasons.

Arvidsson is better, that wasn't my point. My point was that the difference between Arvidsson and Zucker doesn't take one player from pretty solid value to negative value.

Zucker's value is probably right alongside Dadonov's value from last off-season: a 2nd or 3rd rounder if the Penguins either take some salary back or retain some money. The Senators took Holden and he cost $1.7 million.
