Arnott would be a good bottom six leadership guy.
mentor the kids?
oh ya they watch him play, while the kids play with the marlies, great. is that you burkie
bs no player would say thatThe Arnott talk comes up each time he is a FA. I remember last two times he said he is never going to play for the Leafs.
No.... not at all. The team already has too many bottom 6 players to the point where we have literally a 5th forward line.
general rule of thumb is opposite what you say, but this one is tough because of your reasoningAnother race to the bottom player at the tail end of his career, since I am really hoping we finish in the bottom 4, sign him up. Not the player he once was but he is a leader and this team has none, so he can help in the room I suppose.
Jason Arnott is super ****ing old, do we really want an ancient washed out player playing over Bozak?
No.... not at all. The team already has too many bottom 6 players to the point where we have literally a 5th forward line.
Dont see any room. Lineup is to full right now. Maybe if a deal was made, id love to have him, but just doesnt fit right now. The way i see the line-up
Lupul-Bozak-Kessel
Mac-Grabo-Kulemin
Jvr-Mcclement-Komorov
Conolly-Steckel-Brown

I think it's a great fit for the leafs. he bring leadership to guide some of our young players. BTW the leafs are not gonna make the playoff this year anyway. it's win-win situation we're nothing to lose anyway
guide who? connolly, lambo, macA,steckle,brown,
the young players will down with the marlies, maybe watching him on TV
add more players and the young guns will get old in theAHL
do you really think the leafs are going to make playoff?
if not why not take a chance on a vet.
if yes i have no comment
so show us then.Why not?
Seriously - why would ANY free agent willfully come to Toronto?
