That's the frightening part, that they are so used to being spoon fed everything they want, that they actually just assumed the league would step in and find something, anything to overturn the goal. They were visibly stunned when it wasn't. Then came the phone calls, and of course no suspension to Roy, which actually isn't bad, as he hasn't been very good. I suspect the refs arm will get a workout tonight, and not in a good way for us. So just another Oiler game.

Yes and no. Players always wait after a goal in OT to make sure it counts and to make sure if there is anything that can be challenged. I think it was more that than anything but yes, they were stunned as well. lol

I think many people thought it didn't go in. I thought it hit the post because it was in and out of the net so fast. Lol.

Regarding Roy, I don't think he was trying cross check. The puck was there and he tried to hit it with the shift of his stick and ended up cross checking him instead.

Refs have been pretty fair this series. Better than the LA series but the first two game we didn't even show up and took dumb penalties.

We need to keep our cool tonight. Play hard and clean and keep our f***ing sticks out of their feet and face!

No - I just have the ability to recognize clear faults in players despite other strengths in their game. I don't create boyfriend relationships with players such that I turn deaf dumb and blind to any faults in their game.

lol- no you don’t. What you do is perpetuate your biases regardless of how well a player plays and despite what the clear evidence shows. You aren’t objective. You can’t identify clear faults. What you do is make a judgement on a player and try to confirm your bias. With Bouchard- it’s on hyperdrive for you. I guess you missed the zone denials, puck retrievals, zone exits, etc. You’re literally denying facts because your ego can’t take being wrong.

Keep on going with the insults- makes you sound very intelligent.

Not moving the puck quickly enough on the power play is a clear fault and his PP performance fell off a cliff this year. Sorry.

I'm not spending the time looking up stuff at your whim. I know what you said. I merely questioned some info you posted,and you got all pissy and defensive. And no, lol, I wasn't suspended. You threatened to put put me on ignore, ouch. I don't think Bouch scored a PP goal until very late in the season.
I'm not sure why him not playing as well on the PP this year as opposed to last year is even an argument.:D
