Looks like the big knock on this guy is his skating.

Good pick by the staff, that's probably the most eminently fixable 'issue' one can have...and if he has the IQ everyone says he does, that will be minimized by positioning/smarts.

If I recall this was also the biggest knock on Justin Auger when we drafted him 2013. It's something they mentioned coming out of the draft and something he talked about working on. Any idea how far along it's come since then?

Another player I was hoping Kings would draft was Otto Makinen. Put up 30 puts in the Finnish junior league as a 17 year old but the kid went undrafted . Hoping Kings give him an invite

Undrafted FA? I think this is the year the Kings should be swinging at all sorts of those guys. And it appears their Euro focus is improving (Cheers to Ruutuu!)

I hear ya . I sure hope they give him a look. His work ethic has been nothing but praised and i think his totals are nothing to scoff at. I have a feeling he can be one of those prospects down the line that some team will give him a try and never look back .

wow, this kids looks legit. The scouting report look spot on though, he just needs to work on his first three steps but he looks plenty mobile.

His skating reminds me of Jaroslav Modry for some reason.

Don't know if this means he will be coming to the OHL this coming season, or they just own his rights. Will have just turned 18 when the season starts.

He was drafted by the OHL Mississauga Steelheads today. His game translates better on the smaller North American rink, but he is very young. Another year in Sweden is probably just fine. Sounded like the Kings mentioned that on draft day.
