This is of course completely correct. I'm happy with a lot less than a natty.

But Monken got to 4 verts from 22 on Sunday and you couldn't make me stop missing him with a brick. My Eagles Monken/Leonhard dream is on track. (Let me have this delusion.)
I'd love to know how that happened. There had to be at least one wheel right?

Phillies hitters are making the Mets starters look like the late 90’s Braves.

Looking back at some numbers I have no idea why the Braves moved Smoltz out of the rotation & into their bullpen. I get different era/mindset but they willingly took a high end starter out of their rotation. They threw back in the rotation later on towards the end of his career & he was still a really good starter.

He was a really good closer but they left a ton over value potentially on the table with that move.
