the sun...he goes to the sunSo turner comes back, marsh to center, Clemens to LF? Rojas to the bench
Or Clemens to right,Casty to the bench
Not that I think it’s sustainable in the long run but Sosa has filled the void in Turner’s absence.
The Phillies are continuing to play at a high level because of guys like Sosa & Clemens having such surprising good outputs recently coming off the bench.
Now the Phils have a 4-2 record against teams above .500! Yesterday the Braves gave them the honor of getting that record against teams that were .500+.The Braves gave up 4 runs in the 8th to lose. Such a shame.
Just Haddonfield things.
That actually makes sense. The 1B needs to touch the white bag, but the runner is going for the green bag and it would definitely prevent a lot of collision situations which has resulted in injuries (sometimes severe)
I do wonder about the 'gap' in the middle being a potential ankle-turner though.
Ranger was finished, at 110 pitches, there was always going to be regression from Hoffman. The one for Strahm is coming too. He has 30 strikeouts and 1 walk. That is wild.Put Ranger back in. Hoffman allows a homer on the 2nd pitch he throws.
He was prob gonna be done anyway, but threw an extra 9 pitches because of the ump screwing him on a strike 3 called a ball.Ranger was finished, at 110 pitches, there was always going to be regression from Hoffman. The one for Strahm is coming too. He has 30 strikeouts and 1 walk. That is wild.
