Think Rob should have used Turnbull right after Wheeler. Shouldnt have brought in Orion in. Wheeler clearly didnt have it, was the perfect place to use Turnbull for a couple innings at least. He only threw 1.

Not sure I love how the bullpen plan is shaping up here. Soto is going to be the next one probably and he's either going to have to save the game or extend the game so long as Hoffman gets it done here

Guardians city connects are here. Has Nike laid off everyone with any creativity? It's like they sit around and brainstorm about how to make the jerseys blue

I'll take a series win down in Miami with no complaints whatsoever. That place has been a house of horrors for us.

We still need to add one more bullpen arm for the Playoffs so we don't have to rely on BOTH Soto and Seranthony. They are showing no signs of being able to pitch a tough spots. Very little command.

If they can get Klassen to throw strikes are we in for a treat? Or should I not even worry about it until it happens?

Sure. The stuff is amazing. I’m just skeptical until he does it consistently as he moves up. The baseline control was close to a 20. Can only expect so much improvement. McGarry was a similar prospect with similar results and kinda stalled and got moved to the pen. Klassen has a serious head whack too which almost no starter has either.

The recent trend across the league is drafting control/command pitchers and training them to throw harder. The Phillies tried that in the past and failed and seem to be taking the guys with stuff and poor control/command this time around and hoping to harness it.

I know you know this, but they told Chris Sanchez to take a few ticks off to harness his stuff. They definitely seem like they'll try anything to reign these guys in if they need to
