Other Sports: Philadelphia Phillies: The Road To .500 Continues Into Red October (2024 Edition)

Soto came in with a 7 run lead. He's now walked in a run and brought the tying run to the plate. What a f***ing bum.

5 Runs allowed by Soto and choke artist Hoffman. Went into the 8th with a 7-1 lead and left up 7-6. Truly awful.

Hoffman? The guy who has been pretty damn good in most of his outings so far?

He's been fine in lower leverage spots this season but has already blown a save and just shit the bed again when they needed him to lock it down.

I cant f***ing believe they are even in this situation. Single now ties the game in the 9th.

You’re gonna have injuries but Sanchez & Turnbull are pitching well in those #4-5 spots. There’s really no room in the inn for Walker right now.

Id keep him on his "conditioning stint" until he can get his fastball up to 94-95..and if he cant then he's not starting for the Phillies unless theres an injury.
