To be fair, a lot of hitters can't for some reason—they showed that streak on the screen of 46+ innings without a HR allowed. Quintana has a really weird delivery that I think f***s up a lot of batters. He's just one of those pitchers who has made a solid career, despite having mediocre stuff, out of consistently throwing the right mediocre stuff at the right time.
