I'm currently fighting like hell with those jackasses.

I bought a 1/25 multi-inscribed Jalen Hurts photo and a 1/25 multi-inscribed Cooper DeJean photo from them after the Super Bowl.

The Jalen Hurts one got delivered on Monday with the top of the box open and taped together after it got wet and they decided that was the best way to handle it. The cardboard was soggy and the wrapping of the photo had some condensation inside along with the cardboard protecting the corner being wet. That pissed me off to start but I didn't notice any issues with the photo itself until I realized that the one corner of the frame was chipped.

Reached out to rep and he sent me a return label so that they can reframe it. I was going to wait until the DeJean got delivered today to use that box instead of the soggy weakened one.

Open that box today and, well, 3 of the four corners of the frame are broken. The bubble wrap stopped short of being cushioned on the corners so they stood no chance.

Le sigh.
