How to lose interest in a fanbase is the example here. Though tbh, as I posted here after the season ended i would have looked to potentially trade Ranger. Now his black is flaring up again and who knows what he gives them.

even with back problems last year, here's what would've happened:

-no one is giving you anything of value without quadruple checking those medicals. you'd probably have to search for a doctor to tell you what you want to hear in that scenario. and for only one year of control no less.

-he ain't getting a big contract on he open market. he's gonna be one of those dudes like jordan montgomery who has to wait out spring training if he's looking for a big deal, only to never see it.

so he still has the most value with the phillies. ride it out and see if he takes an opt-out deal.

Mid major colleges too- Campbell, Florida Atlantic, Dallas Baptist. It’s a huge jump.

That's about where I am. I don't think the Mets are going to be as good as the Phillies and Braves. All 3 will make the playoffs. 2 will make it comfortably. The other will depend on the Padres.

Seems like more are on Arizona this year. Have a higher over/under as well. I like the Padres better though.

Honestly so much in this division depends on health. If the top three all stay healthy I think this is probably spot on. If any one of the three has significant injuries, which we know will happen, I think that changes the outlook in a big way for all involved.
