I get mine with T mobile. Blackouts exist, so it's basically useless. But it would be great if I was out of market. Great quality and never had any playback issues during the rare occasion I watch a game
If you really like watching more games than just the Phillies, you basically get all home/road TV and radio broadcasts for every game except whatever market you are in or a nation game.
I found a bit of a workaround last year. Had T Mobile Backup Internet plan which was $10 a month and was able to get it free from that. I didn't end up needing it anymore so I cancelled but I may try doing it for a month and seeing if it works again.
