Impressive swing on 97 on the black.

Meh. Make them make a play. Stuff like that has to be pretty blatantly stupid to make me mad. I've always been a big risk/reward guy though
Love Bryce but it almost certainly a selfish move to try to steal a few points on his Slug/OPS in a game with little doubt. It was a routine play for a LH outfielder.

Cmon man he's tried for those hustle plays his whole career. I doubt he's got ops in mind running to first.

I get that it's overly aggressive to most. I'm just someone who doesn't mind taking those risks. Never have. The difference between no outs and a man on 1st vs 2nd is significant enough to me to risk it if you trust yourself. Again that's just me. Not like I'm saying you're wrong lol

DP, you wouldn't try to stretch a ground ball, UP THE MIDDLE, into a double in Middle School Summer ball.

I don't classify that as aggressive. It's reckless. It wasn't even like a 50/50 play where you tip your hat. It was about as routine as it gets. I get it's Bryce being Bryce but he's not a 20 year old with Center Field Athleticism anymore. He's a 32 year old 1B lol. And he has negative base running value as Phillie fwiw so where's the reward?

Disagree on the outs btw. Leadoff runner with nobody out scores often enough as is. An out is more harmful than the extra base is beneficial. If it were 2 outs and the offense swinging like the first 6 innings? You could make a better argument.
