GDT: Philadelphia Flyers at Ottawa Senators - 1PM - TSN5 / RDS2 - Afternoon Delight Edition (This game means nothing)

Probably did ruin his prospects... any team taking him on will consider his injury history both in taking him on and contract $'s.

Good thing for him, he's UFA after the season so a team will sign him as a back up, wonder how much he could make, maybe 1.5-2.0 AAV

Already did. Went from a below average starter to a below average backup.

hmmm... he was never a starter outside of that 2021-22 season when he was Matt Murray's back up, so that means you could end up playing a lot as MM is always injured.

And I don't know about "below average backup", he has the 27th highest GSAA/60 amongst the 72 goalies who played at least 500 mins this season. He had a few bad games but I think he's been good overall this season.

It's good to see Stutzle and Zetterlund getting goals. Stutzle especially. It's good to head into the playoffs knowing you've scored recently instead of feeling like you're snake bitten.

Not sure there's all that much else to take away from this game.

gotta get him on the ice more.

His agent is happy to ackowledge this.. SS is like Greener can you take him off the PP?

Best case scenario is for Jensen and Brady to be 100% for game 1 after this rest.
Important they keep Brady out (hold him back if need be) as long as possible to ensure he has the best chance of being Brady in the POs. If he comes back too early, worsens an injury or has to play gingerly (not Brady) then the team is not better for it. Need him to lead out there, play hungy hungry hippo style, not like a delicate flower.

I don’t like this whole “we’ve been through some stuff” bs.

You kids were a large part of the problem.

The fans have been through shit. You haven’t

I mean, we had a terrible time with Eugene, and we never had to meet him in person. Imagine actually having to deal with the dude face to face.

Also need to play a tough guy in the first round of the playoffs to ensure Brady does not have to be the one to address other team's targeting our best players and to target their best in response!

That's it hige confidence game for the guys who scored today Chabot included. We need Stu Flying in the playoff and finnaly using his shot as an option. This game will help in the run too cause they came back whole game to finnaly win it .

That was a nice pick by Sanheim lol
I think it was a soft call; he has the right to his space and he did not move into our player's lane. He just stood his ground as his team-mate went around him. I would hate for such a call to be made on us.

Meh, that Greig call that lost us our last OT game SH makes me less sympathetic.

tbh, i don't disagree.. sanderson is technically the player initiating contact on that pick
