Seems like there are a lot of questions about what's going on, so I've given a brief overview below:
1. Alshon Jeffery / Josina Anderson / Howard Eskin saga
Last week, ESPN reporter Josina Anderson reported on two separate occasions that an anonymous Eagles player told her the following things:
- Regarding Jalen Ramsey: "#Eagles player to me on Jalen Ramsey going to the #Rams: "We dropped the ball. I don't even want to talk about that (!@#^). Everybody knew what it was going to take to get him. I could've told you that.""
- Regarding the Eagles Offense: "The Eagles source also talked to me about how they feel like that offense is functioning. One of the things that they said is, “We need to make bleep simpler. Sometimes we need to just handle what is manageable.” They said, “Even Peyton Manning knew when to check it down.” Carson Wentz right now is 38% on passes that travel 15 air yards, has three interceptions on passes like that, which is tied for most in the league. He also has 148 passes on those that are ten yards or fewer. He has nine touchdowns and zero interceptions on passes like that. So, I do think it’s an apt point."
So, what does this have to do with Alshon if it's an anonymous source? There have been several occasions where Anderson has broken stories regarding Jeffery, citing that he contacted her directly on all of these occasions and they seem to have a good relationship where he's been willing to talk to her in the past about items like this. Some examples:

Last year, it was widely suspected that Jeffery was the anonymous player who gave three strong complaints to Anderson about the Eagles offensive performance, complaining that Zach Ertz got too many touches from Wentz, we weren't running enough and that the team chemistry wasn't as good.
After these reports came out last week, it was suspected that Jeffery may again have something to do with this. Jeff McLane of ESPN asked him three times if he was the source. He never gave a denial on the first two times he was asked, saying first that it could be anybody, that it sounds like they're trying to make up a story, and then finally said, "Nah," when asked again. Tweet from McLane below.
On WIP this morning, Eskin told Angelo Cataldi that he knows it was Jeffery. Josina Anderson then sent out a tweet saying that Eskin has no idea about who she talks to but never actually denied that it was him.
McLane then asked Doug about it point blank, asking if Eskin put that information out there because the team wanted him to, since he's well connected, is a part of the Eagles radio broadcast, flies on the plane, got a Super Bowl ring, etc. Doug didn't really give much of an answer and said he didn't want to talk about that, since it had nothing to do with Dallas or Buffalo. Apparently there was also then a confrontation between Eskin and McLane, started by Eskin.
2. Lane Johnson Comments about Lack of Discipline
Last night, after the game, Lane Johnson mentioned that players have been late for meetings and practices among other things.
"Really, it's gonna probably be a callout session," Johnson said. "Everybody will be held accountable. You know, little stuff that slides during the week — late to practice, late to meetings, late to this and that. Stuff will be held accountable for. I think that will maybe creep into the games."
Pederson was asked about this and really couldn't give a good answer about if players were missing for practices/meetings and if there was any discipline. Backtracked a lot and got caught in his words.
Malcolm Jenkins then went on the radio and said that he doesn't know what Johnson was talking about and doesn't think there's anything to it.
Overall, there's clearly a serious leadership issue with the team and unfortunately, a lot of that starts with Pederson. I do not believe that Pederson is, by any means, the issue with this team but I believe he needs to sit the team down and cut the BS because the team is crumbling from the inside-out and somebody needs to step up.
