I had never heard of this "Frank" until he kept popping up with Mets stuff. I thought it was just a performance for whatever dumb Barstool thing he does to get paid. Does he legitimately have a mental deficiency? I feel like the more I see of him, the more I'm fairly certain those aholes at Barstool are taking advantage of this guy for money.

He might be autistic (can’t confirm nor deny). He went viral on the internet years ago freaking out on a news station interview because the train in NYC was delayed & he was unable to get to a Mets game because of it. So it’s part act/part truth especially now since he’s paid to do it.

He’s in his mid-40’s. So he grew up when the Dolphins used to be pretty good. I’m guessing that played a part but yeah still weird being a guy from North Jersey.
