You’re far from the only one here, so to anyone at all — who called that play? Was that the first option? Was it a check based on coverage? Did anyone hand signal?

What I am trying to get across is that these things are complicated. There are packaged plays. QBs have the right to check to other plays based on various factors. It’s almost impossible to know exactly what happened there without paying specific attention to it.
