They literally just did a sideline injury report saying Worthy was questionable to return with an ankle injury while the camera was on him in the huddle

Does the KC medical staff know what an ankle is? Do they know how ankles work?

Did I just witness a compound dislocation of a knee? Or was that a pad sticking out

Edit: it was not a pad. Dell is big time f***ed

I had the exact same thought process. With the third angle confirming my fears. Just a really, really awful looking injury. All the best to him.
With state of the art medicine and rehab nowadays, the bar is absurdly high (if not nonexistent?) for "career threatening" injuries, but if this really was what I think it is, it's completely reasonable that this will be what I'll call career altering
