This is a great question , is it the play calls or QB just can’t process things quick enough.

Those plays are generally bubbles and/or options in this offense. So how many of them are runs vs passes depends on how the conflict defender plays them.

Now that they’re running some Under Center Play Action, that takes away quick options on those snaps too. Other times, Hurts takes off instead of looking for the hot guy. Hell, sometimes there isn’t a hot guy and he has to take off.
