Why should the Flyers do this?
1. They need to tank, and trading TK will help this.
2. They open up a 1RW position for Michkov
3. They don't have anybody good down middle. Neither on the roster nor amongst prospects so trading, drafting and signing FAs are the only ways to improve the situation. Trading TK helps with two of the aforementioned ways: they will get a young center with potential and better draft position.
4. Tortorella will probably be mad about the trade and leave the team, which helps with young players' development.
Why should the Ducks do this?
They get a legit 1RW, who's one of the best SH scorers in the league and signed to a good contract, which will improve their forwards group which is needed to be improved.
