Sadly with all the death this year, a few have fallen between the cracks and Phil May of Pretty Little things is one of them

While never being the biggest English band of the 60's there were influential to bands like Pink Floyd, David Bowie and other bands that fused rock and roll with what some would call acid rock. And yes, Bowie's Oh you pretty thing was a nod to them ( when Bowie was living in Bromley he hung out with the band who lived just up the road)

Dunno. I always thought of them as a good bar band that got lucky, but sorry to hear of May's death.
