I just think he has a great chance to play in NHL as soon as second part of next season. I don’t believe in Flyers goalies, especially Fedotov
Maybe that's exactly what upsets him the most. Both KHL starting goalies, arrive to the club at almost the same time, one gets to play NHL games straight away and gets 3 million per year extension while the other gets to sit on the bench in the AHL on 80k p/y and that's for 2 more years.

So sources say Kolosov asks Dinamo Minsk to help him to terminate the contract with the Flyers.

Philadelphia fans say on reddit Kolosov either extremely homesick or unhappy with the way the team treats him. Or both.

This is annoying. He's got a clear path to the NHL ahead of him, suck it up Aleksei.

I don’t think it’s the way the Flyers are treating him. On the PHLY podcast, Flyers beat reporter Charlie O’Connor was saying the team was willing to offer any accommodations to make him feel comfortable. Even offering to bring his girlfriend over from Russia. Charlie was saying that it seems like it’s strictly a case of homesickness.

I don’t know how the KHL leaving the IIHF changes how they deal with contracts, or if it still allows the Flyers to loan him back there, but there’s no way the Flyers are terminating the contract.

People said Kolosov played just 2 games in the AHL after he leaved the KHL, and that's it. I'd say it's not a lot of games. And it's AHL.

I always wondered how anyone could have problems adapting to NA. This is not Congo or Mongolia. What are you missing, borscht, pierogies, matryoshka? You are a professional athlete and you have to think about your career. Once you hang them up you can live wherever you want.
Uhmmm... I assume you've never left North America? This is such an absurd comment. There's more to adapting than just food.

Turns out a lot of this is untrue and just a case of too many people("journalist") jumping on board and to conclusions that were not fact. Probably won't know til September..
