Is Lyon waivers exempt?

I think they loan him back to Sweden for another year. Signing him to an ELC doesn’t prevent that from happening. That’s what I was expecting to happen anyway.

They might do the same with Kase.

You’re right I believe about Lyon. Age thing probably. I checked on capfriendly and it appears it’s 18-19 start.

And yes, loaning him makes a lot of sense.

Maybe Drake was signed to an ato to get a look at him to see him practicewith/against AHL/NHL level players, and to get him used to LV to see if both sides would want him in the organization on a minor league contract.
Sandstrom, with Hart coming is bad news for the AHL goalies. At least one of them will get bumped,, and probably one of Hart Sandstrom will take the ECHL starter spot as well.
