is binnie any good, he did not look very good with mississauga last i saw
 
I guess Dubois sits out for game 1.
IMO, with Smith out. you have to dress both Mayer and Gauvreau….Lockhart is a no brainer.
 
Plus he's not an everyday player don't know why people have him playing on the 3rd line.

Of the four overagers that are now here, my guess is that Gauvreau will be the one that is traded.
 
I heard a really nice story about Brennan Othmann and Tucker Robertson on the Petes preview on the YourPtbo show on Cogeco tonight. Both of them asked to come to the Petes training camp to prepare for their upcoming NHL training camps and wanted to further learn from Rob Wilson in preparing for their camps. They were also here to pass their experience of winning the OHL Championship onto to the new Petes. Othmann also make sure to spent time with Carson Cameron to make him feel welcome. What a class act both are.

My understanding he will be here tonight. He is one of the best captains in Petes history.
 
Hard to believe that Peterborough Petes Hockey is already back! Even with this short of an offseason, the excitement is palpable and I, and this city can't wait for puck drop!

So much to be excited for this year, with new jerseys, lots of new young talent, season ticket cap reached (2000 holders), Home opener sellout, our elite game operations team, two banners that will hang forever, a newly renovated team store and so many other surprises that await Petes fans tonight and throughout the season! This new journey and quest for another OHL Championship in the near future begins tonight!

Looks like McCoy is wearing the C and Lockhart and Mayer the A's.

Gauvreau the OA sitting out.
