So I guess I now understand why Nashville had been winning a ton. The refs basically refuse to call anything on them. Aside from the calls we did manage to get, there were at very minimum 4 very obvious penalties they refused to call. I guess if you can do whatever you feel like it's pretty easy to win.

Kinda crazy the Oilers are only 4 points behind Van now for 1st in the Pacific. A game in hand too. Hope it doesn't happen because I really want to see Vegas take them out in the first round.

Re-watching all the goals, Makar got walked on the 3rd goal like I don't think I've seen it before. That was painful.

Also, the 2nd goal is 100% Toews' fault and anyone blaming this on Georgiev is a moron (sorry)
Well I don't think you "blame" anyone for goal #2. Toews blocks the pass but it gets unlucky going right back to Jankowski.

Makar's hips just aren't the same. He's clearly hurt.

Nashville goals:

1 - Makar was injured and unable to get back into position. NSH pass to a wide open guy in the slot. Goal.

2 - Toews attempts to stop a cross ice pass, puck hits off him, back to the NSH player stood in the slot. George was moving across to stop a shot from the cross-ice pass, the puck ricochets off Toews back the opposite direction. Goal.

3 - Shot from way out, takes a wild tip from Toews, top shelf. Goal.

Edit: Third goal was tipped by Mitts, not Toews.

Nothing George could’ve done.

NHL goalies don’t make those saves.

He shouldn't be on the ice. Did you see the replay? Look here:

Chet you say this about every team every game. This is almost as bad as when you had an undying hatred of Landy.

Goalies can stop deflected pucks. His body positioning on the first 2 goals was atrocious. Made himself tiny on the 1st goal. Second one he started sliding a bit early and it went off his blocker and in.

Got in right as that MittelJost goal was scored. Wtf happened and how did we go down 3-1? Is this a classic case of our all-star goalie putting in a vezina effort?
Two lucky goals by the perds- one from a lucky bounce and the other tipped in by Mittelstadt. Don't believe any other BS you read above.

Read it, don't care what the Avs had recently. Kronwall is the best open ice hitter I remember ever seeing.

Lehk has his stick slashed out his hands, George got run, Parise gets killed from behind into the boards, Mitts was blatantly hooked on a rush, Rants was cross checked on the PP. And those are just off the top of my head. All 5 should have been called as they were obvious.

Not sure how this can even be argued.

K. Google Kronwall and go to YouTube and watch what he did. Zadorov isn't even close.
I'm well aware of what kronwall brought, I don't need to rewatch YouTube highlights.

All I'm saying is zadorov brought an element of that nastiness to his game. No need to try and pick a fight lol. Kronwall was obviously better at that and many other things...
