Besides the "he big lol" thing, what does anyone really see in Angello?

I like his speed, drive and he has some decent ability but no he shouldn't be ahead of DOC or Zahorna.

Yeah, I don't mean to be divisive or anything. Just, genuinely, apart from Angello's size, I don't see anything from the guy that puts him apart from the other dozen AHL-fodder nobodies.

I despise Simon but I will never not admit that he’s a fantastic puck carrier/possession player, he has absolutely zero finish in him, but he’s a bloke that’s great with 2 players that can shoot.

Zohorna, Lafferty, Simon - Wouldn’t be the worst 4th line.

Plus he's a guy who, for better or worse, transitioned from the Extraliga to the NHL and can speak Zohorna's native language.

Looks like it, but if you aren't actually playing a player in the#12 position, how can you analyze how well they will be in that position? I think the last pre-season game will still have some implication on the line-up for the #11 and #12 spots. This game is more to decide the pecking order for the first call ups. But who knows what Sully is thinking...he did take a pretty nice shot to the head on Tuesday, he might not even know where his minds at.

I mean, we do have role players, yes, but why wouldn't you want a guy who performs like a L1 guy on the 4th line?

I don't think they are doing call ups based on the role they will be playing. We don't have a talent pool big enough for that. They are going BPA at the time and letting them play where they are needed.
