That's your takeaway after we just put up like 10 shots?

Not that Desmith doesn't suck (he does) but man

6 of DeSmith's last 9 starts have him at a save% below .900.

You're not going to win anything with that caliber of goaltending. Ever since Jarry got hurt, DeSmith is at like an .890 save%. He's showing to be entirely unreliable.

Whoever that Pens defensemen screened DeSmith, who is shaky to begin with and did not get his puck on the ice next to the stick to block the shot...

I guess we just sit here hoping the Isles continue to lose the Bruins…I mean it’s sad that our team sucks so much we have to hope the Metro competition chokes…we better have Petry, Poehling, Archi and Jarry ready to go for Friday lol

No one should be mad, shocked, or surprised. This is one of the worst teams in the NHL, and there are no metrics or statistics that say otherwise. This is the norm. They will be outplayed badly almost every night. They didn't deserve a point tonight in any facet.

The only thing that can be done is radically changing roster to force sully into making some changes. Or you could fire Sully, but yea.

Sully will guarantee blame the refs for tonight, will place zero blame on his players or his shoulders.

Bench CDS, he has been f***ing terrible. I'm not one to bitch about refs, but they can suck it tonight. That was horrible officiating.

Big shocker.....just looked like they were gonna lose all game.

Guentzal missing an open net at 4-4 all but guaranteed a loss .
Never thought I would say this ...cause the Pens looked good to me In last seasons loss to Rangers in round one.

But time to clean house. Blow it up.
It's only pain for everyone to put it off.
Take the poor thing to the vet and put it down.

I blame @Zirakzigil for bringing in the Pigeon logo. I tried to counter it with the VooDoo one, and it got us a point.:sarcasm:

You're not wrong but it's like complaining about a flat tire when our engine is also on fire.

This team is a wreck in every sense of the word right now from coaching all the way down to goaltending

Meh, my energy is drained enough watching whatever it is they are doing every night I don't need to say anything. Time to go watch something.

This post is dead on. It's draining to watch this team right now.

Maybe Petry/Letang will add some life. Can't play any worse than this I guess

It's bizarre how bad we are at possession.
And then it gets worse and worse because after a few bad shifts like that suddenly the puck is in your end a lot and every guy that comes out has to spend all their energy just getting the puck out and by the time they do they dump it in, change, and the next line has to defend again

uh, we just signed everyone to 4+ year contracts. But maybe Sid will take the hint and resign somewhere else in a couple of years.
