Bacock has made no improvement at all over Horacheck, there were plenty of gritty losses under him. And his results are way worse than Carlyle with almost the same roster.

Marner, Nylander are locks to be on the team. There is no way Marner is going back for a draft+2 season when it's OHL or NHL for him.

If we win the lottery, so will Matthews.

Next year's team won't win a lot but it's going to be a much better product.

Chychrun would make the leafs. Not sure about Pul or Laine, but any other pick in the draft would return to their team unless they surprise the management at training camp
