they're not booing him because he's the enemy though, if he was never on Toronto and suddenly got traded to Pittsburgh from another team they wouldn't be booing him.

I have no problem with booing an opposing player if you want to but he spent the greater part of his career here and was by far our best player during that time, if his first game back to Toronto in his first shift you don't need to be booing him. He did nothing to say he wanted out. He was traded because we decided to rebuild, so it's not his fault.
