its not even that, he became arrogant to his demise...he used to get mad, make changes when things not working, play younger guys, now he just wants to show everyone that he is right, I mean not even trying to mix things up on PP is reason for firing him and all his assistant in between these periods

This has been 5 seasons now that he's ignored youth being used in positive ways. He has to use POJ right now because he's so solid he can't ignore it like he wants to.

That's with Carter winning 100% of his faceoffs.

Yet Sully uses him as a shutdown guy. And stays with Rust on the PP.
