They always are. You can throw a purse and it will be there. The hits of the game are so pathetic now.

If there's one thing this team has desperately needed since Kessel, it's a guy that knows what the hell to do out there on the powerplay.I don't think Koivunen has been as good as McGroarty at even strength, but man the dude is a wizard on the powerplay.
100%Nice, no playoffs! LOSE THE REST OF YOUR GAMES NOW!!!!
If we're 7 we can theoretically move up anywhere between (staying at 7) and 1st? I haven't followed lottery rules very closelyThink this loss effectively locks them in at #7. They're tied in points with both Anaheim and Buffalo, while both have 2 games in hand on the Penguins and the tiebreaker over the Penguins.
They could fall as low as 9th or go up as high as 6th, but it's looking super likely it will be #7.
The lottery is only for the first two picks so it would be 1st, 2nd, or 7th.If we're 7 we can theoretically move up anywhere between (staying at 7) and 1st? I haven't followed lottery rules very closely
They have a shot at #1 and #2 if they don't get #1.If we're 7 we can theoretically move up anywhere between (staying at 7) and 1st? I haven't followed lottery rules very closely
Yesterdays win was just so mind-numbingly stupid! Also, we wouldn't have finished 4th. Boston has the tank job going and Philly's woefully behind. . At best maybe 6th. But that's a pipe dream now. Most frustrating part of this past month is watching this team beat Vegas, St Louis x 2, and Dallas and if they go 2-2 in those games we are sitting at the 4th pick.
You can only move up twice in a 5 year span. And if we move up to 1-2 this year does that take us out of anything in particular for next year? I seem to remember hearing something not being about to move up consecutive years.
