Is this a showcase game for Ned? Because if we are just going to not play Jarry that does not seem to make much sense to me. Unless playing him actually decreases his value, which is a possibility. But I mean, we called him up. We should see if he is any better than he was when demoted. Not to mention Ned has been hot garbage too, lately. But our roster is and always will be hierarchical as long as the moronic czar is in power.

Anyway, looks like I am watching this one because our project defenseman is playing. He has been sitting for nearly a month, learning the system like a quarterback traded mid-season in the NFL. Such anticipation.

One misstep and we may be seeing Kolyachonok's name on tomorrow's waiver wire.

He must be fully inculcated in Sullivan’s system by now to be playing…ergo, I expect him to terrible lol…poor guy

In other words, he now fully understands how to play in Sullivan’s complex defensive system that requires him to stand there and puck watch in the D zone, waive his stick and avoid any body contact…sweet

Kolyachonok lives.

Jesus f***ing Christ this line up is like when you play NHL EA and it jumbled up your lineup to shit as the best lines and it's all wrong.

I haven't finished a Pens game since November, I kind of just want to see a little to see Kolyachonok but also, Letang on the top pair? Lmao, Beauvillier with Geno, LOL...f*** sakes.

Go Avs. Murder these f***s, get us closer to top 3.

That's impossible, we clearly don't use any system in defense.
No no mate.

We have a system and changes to it, but the coach will ever tell you and elaborate on it, just that he has and you have to trust that he has even if for over 700+ games, there is no proof of it with the on ice product.

That reads like a coach that has no f***ing clue how to read a scouting report, watch footage of the player or see him in practice and make a novice level of observation.

Then again, should we be shocked? This is a coach that doesn't care how a player was used before the Pens got them or things that made them successful before coming over or anything and will use them how he sees fit. Did you pk? Not anymore!

Haha...

I'm so sorry Kolyachonok, we barely got to know you and you're already f***ed. You deserved better.

Kolyachonok and Desharnais would be a good pairing if they were playing in a system that was based in any kind of coaching logic or get the minutes and usage they should. At best I just hope he succeeds in spite of the usage and system.

I will never understand why this team brought Joseph back, that went about as well as everyone knew it would. They expected different results by using him the same way by the same idiot coach?

Redefining insanity.
