He hasn't been embarrassing. He hasn't been good but he hasn't been so bad given the situation with the goaltending this season for this team.
I mean that Severson goal, what did you want him to do there? The Pens did jack shit defensively. Like what the f*** was Rust doing? Jarry hasn't been good, it's his first game back and he's faced 32 shots behind garbage D while trying to bounce back.
That's a perfect storm for failure.

Listless effort after listless effort. It's guys that don't give a shit and guys that see that and know it's over so they don't give a shit either. Brutally ugly hockey. Then you get a game like the one vs Washington...but those are too few and too far between.

Jarry does himself no favors but it truly does not matter who they have in the nets. Prime Dominator would get lit up.
This might be the most horrendous defensive team I have seen and it isn't like the Pens historically have been heralded for their defensive responsibility.

This is the bluejackets. I didn't see the 5th goal but the first 4 are stopped by an average NHL goalie. It doesn't matter though at all. It's all bad.

Honestly it's better if on the road fans taunted Sullivan. Home crowd doing it is whatever.

This is a garbage team with a lot of players playing like garbage and the team is coached by a dumpster.
I'm not sure what you're expecting mate. They f***ing lost to the Islanders missing a lot of key regulars. The Jackets beating them isn't a shock to most here.

Our D zone ”system” isn’t real clear. Sometimes we’re fronting, sometimes we’re boxing. We seem to be playing net front and corners like there’s a different set of rules than there actually are. Like international rules.
We should not have given Sullivan a choice of assistant. Should’ve brought in an outside guy and if they clash that’s their problem.
