Apparently the evaluation of him is that he's future leadership material if he pans out as a player. Likeable, hard worker, communicates, etc.
He was captain in Swift Current at 18 and it didn’t seem like there was much consideration for anyone else.

I don't know if I'd go that far but I am pretty done with Anthony Beauvillier being in the top six.

Bunting has picked it up a lot but Geno is on a f-ing island with having one useless winger.
If only we had a RW with top 6 talent and a good motor sitting in the press box that we could try there......
Oh wait, we put him on waivers yesterday.

It’s another game where our top2-3 coach felt comfortable with what was going on with his team and made zero adjustments….L2 brought nothing but let’s not move Beau out and try Tomasino…or not trying Lizotte elsewhere in the lineup…but yeah, let’s just keep throwing L4 out there lol

As soon as the refs didn't call that interference on Rust it was over. Team folds under any adversity at all.
But do they though? They've given up the 1st goal very early in games and came back many times. They were down 3-1 to Nashville and found a way. I'm not happy about it but they've battled back in games quite a bit the last few weeks.

DOC two goals tonight; Ice time14:02
Matt Nieto ice time; 13:55
F- off Sullivan
DOC sucks also. One good game in 32? He can f*** off!

Nothing to gloat about geez!

Why is Lizotte, Acciari and Nieto out with 3 minutes left in a game we are losing?
Cause Sullivan sucks at chess?

Going to be a bad week if we lose to Detroit in regulation with Florida and Carolina on the horizon…PK used to be good lol…

Despite being a point out, even the teams below have games in hand. And if it didn't get cutoff, you'd see they trail everyone, except philly, in ROWs too. They're probably more realistically 5-7 in the wild card standings instead of 3rd.

The next 14 games will be very telling. Games against Tampa, Columbus and Ottawa as well as Edmonton, Florida and Carolina and then a 7 game road trip.

Yea they do. Giving up the first goal of the game is just part of them playing games.

If a call or something goes against them, or a team takes the lead late, they will not be able to overcome that.

Coming back from early deficits early in games is the definition of adversity. Because those are adverse conditions, being behind. They create those problems, well Jarry does, but in the scenarios where by they win, they are overcoming adversity.

They don't really come back though. They lose almost every time.

Recently they came back against BOS, LA and Nashville. Trailed the Bruins 1-0 Gave up a goal to LA in the 1st min. Trailed NASH by two goals. They trailed montreal 1-0 and won 9-2, they were down to OTT and came back twice to force OT. In these games they went 4-0-1. What you're saying simply isn't accurate. Again these games all took place from NOV 29th to DEC 19th and in each we gave up the 1st goal. That's a lot of comebacks.

I don't take pleasure in touting these things because it hurts us when we gain points as it just pushes us to the mushy middle. But you gotta give credit where it's due.
