Very limited head coach experience. He did win a USHL championship for the Chicago Steel. Probably willing to be a pushover for Dubas. I can’t see many coaches being enthusiastic about the team’s position right now.

Yeah I had no clue who the guy was before looking into him, but he's basically just Mike Love but with a bit less head coaching experience.

I had Love as my #1 option because of that, but Muse is another good choice that I don't have any worries about. Hilarious that they picked another MA guy though.

For three years he coached in the U.S. National Training and Development program, working the last two seasons with the current crop of draft-eligible players.

Also some hockey analytics company's CEO speaks very highly of him, so that probably gave the Doobler a massive boner.
