Kreider seems a bit snakebit with his shooting. If he can start putting in some of those chances then damn he could really take off
 
Beating the Penguins--Sidney and Malkin is as good as it gets. You could tell that Kreider and Zucc really got under their skins.

Oof..the Pens look really mediocre when Crosby and Malkin arent going.

Their D is meh...their other forwards are meh.

Where's Neal btw?

bacsi is "uncle" in Hungarian. I am of Hungarian heritage.

Technically it translates to "Uncle Boylzi", but really throwing the word "bacsi" at the end of anything Hungarianizes the word for me. :laugh:
 
Satisfying win. I do have to admit, Paul Martin played a great game for them. Easily the best Penguin on the ice tonight. Crosby looked pretty awful after the first 10 seconds and more interested in hacking at Kreider instead of playing hockey. Malkin didn't look great, but spent most of the game playing with Vitale or Craig Adams. That team, despite having so much tied up into scoring, still can't ice two solid lines if even one player is out of the line-up. It's always fun to watch the Penguins and Flyers twist in the wind trying to solve their problems by throwing more money at their offense.

he has had some bad luck. He really should have 5-6 goals. Also stepan and zucc havent given him good passes. Tonight zucc made a great pass to stepan but later on he had kreider wide open and passed it too far. But hey he still has 7 pts in 8 games
 
Malkin might wake up one of these days, but he was such a zero tnight.
Some Rangers fans wanted him to be a Blueshirt...(shakes head)
 
Boyle has one manly jaw. Happy that he got a 2nd star tonight, he's a really nice guy.

Surprising that Zucc got the third, but I'll take it
 
Hard to even talk about this one, because words fail the effort. Most satisfying regular season win in a couple of seasons for me.
 
Well, that was satisfying.

Really felt like they controlled that game, despite getting a few good bounces for goals. Really limited the Pens' chances.

Gotta love NBC for ya know, not covering the game. Why was every Pen gunning for Kreider?

Lastly, Boyle was great.

The pass was spot on, Crosby was poking his stick up beneath Kreiders arms so he couldn't make contact with the puck
