Yea I thought the whole point of 4 amazing forwards was that we could mix and match the lines to create either duos, or 3 very good lines

Right now it’s one good duo of nylander and Tavares and one useless duo of Matthews and Marner

It's called the Holl doing Holl things defense. He created it. He mastered it. We see it every night.

I know this is pessimistic, but I see Sandin being a dermott 2.0, better offence but worse defence

He has not shown any improvement from last year

The politics around this team probably dictates how they go together. Marner is goofy right now with the puck and Matthews is completely isolated and shut down.
