The league needs a focus group on the reffing and pace of play. This sucks. NJ is one of the leagues best teams and at the top end of the skating and skill and it doesn’t matter. You have to play slowdown and off puck interference to have any chance at success. Whoever thinks this is worth the price of admission is a moron.

It probably wasn’t, but I expect better against this Has-Been Humpty team.

I constantly forget Erik Karlsson is here and wasn’t stuck on the LTIR by the Sharks a couple years ago.

The league needs a focus group on the reffing and pace of play. This sucks. NJ is one of the leagues best teams and at the top end of the skating and skill and it doesn’t matter. You have to play slowdown and off puck interference to have any chance at success. Whoever thinks this is worth the price of admission is a moron.

The league only cares about parity as they want the perception of a close race in the standings as long as possible. Punishing speed and skill helps keep the league even.
